Security / Authentication
To see and manage the settings of the way users can sign up and login to their account, click Security on the left menu that appears under the Settings option, as seen in the screenshot.
Admins can determine whether they'd like their users to authenticate using the standard login procedure, by entering their email and password to login, or via SSO or to give both options.
Standard login
Standard login method offers the option of requiring a two-factor authentication for increased security.
When users' 2FA is set to active (see Users section above), when they login for the first time, the screen below will appear and they will need to scan the QR code from their authentication app in order to receive the code that they will need to enter in order to complete the login process.
After this first set-up, the authentication app will automatically show the six-digit code when trying to login.
