How do I export PCI Compliance Reports for audits? [HOW-TO GUIDE]

Overview

CSV exports provide month‑to‑month proof of compliance progress—ideal for QSA reviews or internal audits.

Step‑by‑Step

1. Go to PCI DSS Dashboard
   
   
   

2. Scroll to Compliance Status for Sites.
   
   

3. Select site and click on the Download icon in the Actions column.
   
   
   
   

4. Select PCI reports option.
   
   
   

5. Use the month and year dropdowns to select the most recent month you want to include in the report.

6. Click Download reports.
    The generated report will contain data for up to the previous 12 months from the selected date.

Troubleshooting / FAQ

Problem	Explanation

Missing months in the drop down	Data begins on the first month with events; earlier months are unavailable by design.
